Description
*Note that the preview video is of the Counting On Math Number Activities Growing Bundle.
What does counting on mean?
- Counting on is a beginning math strategy where learners start with the biggest number (or a predetermined number) and count on (count up) from there.
This Counting On Task Card set includes three different task cards where children are given a specific number and asked to count on using a visual, dice, or a number. For example, they are given the number seven and asked to count four fingers. They will need to start at the number seven and count up four numbers. You can use the printable numbers or any in your classroom.
I would suggest printing on cardstock and laminating for longevity. If you do not want to print in color, select grayscale on your printer selections.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Make sure you check out the BUNDLE to save. Happy teaching!
