I’m so excited to share with you a product I was asked to check out a few weeks ago by Educational Insights. If you have seen pictures of my classroom, then you know I am not a super fan of those big fluorescent classroom lights. I actually think they give me headaches. So, I have a ton of lamps in my room. This was quite costly but I needed another option. I was super pumped when I received these babies in the mail!
This set included THREE light filter covers. Oh. My. Goodness. I love them! Like, big puffy heart love them!! They literally took all of two minutes to attach to the ceiling because they are attached by magnets. They reduce the filter and glare of the fluorescent lights and definitely created a calmer atmosphere for my students. My kids LOVE them too!
Isn’t it awesome?!! The best part, I contacted Educational Insights and asked if I could give a set away because these really should be in every classroom. Everywhere. And, they said YES!

I’ve never heard of these before. they look amazing! I’ll have to check them out. My room is actually two rooms with a wall knocked out between them. I have so many fluorescent lights! I keep half of them off most days!
