Beauty & The Beast
Last month, I attended Disney’s Social Media Moms Celebration and we viewed eight minutes of the upcoming film, Beauty and the Beast. Let me first say that growing up, this was my FAVORITE Disney movie. Since finding out that it was being remade, I have been anxiously waiting for March 17th. After viewing only EIGHT minutes of the film, I am even more excited and you should be too.
Not only is this film perfectly cast but the details are phenomenal. In the scene I previewed, Gaston was funny and errr, not so bright, which I loved. Emma does a beautiful job as Belle. She is stunning and does a great job of tackling a singing role. Emma also breathes new life (and who knew that was even possible) into this character. I loved her independence, intelligence and against the grain attitude when it comes to what you would expect from a Disney princess. You cannot put this girl in a box. That is for sure.
I have yet to be one of those people who see a movie when the clock strikes twelve, midnight, but there is a first time for everything! Download this great Beauty and the Beast coloring page and bookmark to bring the magic home with you!
Beauty & The Beast's a tale as old as time certainly is a timeless tale. Add it to your plans this weekend. You won't regret it. See ya at the movies!
Edited: I saw the move and it was more than just amazing. I could seriously go see it ten more times. The music, the effects, the magic. There wasn't one thing that I didn't love. I hope you love it as much as I did!
