It was my first time in a long time. But I'm getting married in a little over a week and thought 2 eyebrows were a must. I am actually sad to see it end! However, I am glad to have the break and can't wait to start making new stuff for next year.

I will be attending a Common Core Standard Convention in Orlando from the 18-21st of June. My district has selected me, as well as 7 others to be a "Common Core Expert" for our district. Apparently, this will be four days of intense common core training. Then, I get to come back and work with other teacher's in the district on implementation.

Other than that, we will be doing vacation bible school at our church the next week, then Fourth of July (at Daytona Beach-we live extremely close by), and a week at Disney World in July.

That pretty much sums up my summer. I am hoping to throw in a last minute cruise in there with my kiddos. We live 45 minutes from Port Canaveral so it is quite easy to just hop on board. We are a family who always keeps our passports up to date. 🙂
